Warranty and Return Conditions
To return a product you purchased online, you can drop off your package at the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch. Please note that returns must be made within 14 days from the order shipment confirmation email.
For returns, please follow the steps below:
1. Create the return request
You can create a return request from the manage order section by clicking on the link below. If you want to exchange the product, you need to create a return request from the manage order section and write the exchange information on your invoice when you send us the product you want to exchange.
Panties, thongs and bodysuits cannot be exchanged or returned for hygiene reasons.
2. Packaging
Pack the products you wish to return in the original packaging. The product to be returned must not be worn; the packaging and the product must not be damaged. The code, name, reason for return and other requested information must be indicated in the relevant field of your invoice.
Place the invoice outside the box and secure the box securely.
MERS SILK WORLD cannot replace any items lost in transit or provide refunds for these items.
3. Courier Service
Please send the return package you have prepared with your invoice to the nearest Yurtiçi Kargo branch using the codes below:

4. Return
The refund will be made in the same payment method as your order. Approved refunds may take 7-15 business days to be credited to the account, depending on bank procedures.
Order Cancellation:
You can request cancellation by calling customer service for your orders that are being prepared. Orders delivered to the cargo cannot be canceled.
