Cargo Delivery Conditions

Orders placed until 16:30 on weekdays are delivered within 7 to 9 business days.
Orders placed after 16:30 on Friday and on the weekend are processed on Monday. Delivery time is 7 to 9 business days.
As soon as your product is shipped, your cargo tracking number will be sent to you as SMS.
Delivery time for personalized, embroidered orders is 10 - 15 business days.
When the Yurtiçi Kargo Cargo branch you are connected to brings your package to you, if it cannot find you at your address at that moment, it leaves a note on the door. In this case, you must pick up your package from the cargo branch in the note within "3 days". If you cannot receive it within three days, your package will be returned to us.

The delivery time of your personalized orders is 10 to 15 business days. Unless the product is faulty, it cannot be exchanged or returned.

Your orders will be delivered to the cargo within 3 business days after the bank approval is received. Depending on the distance of the delivery address to Istanbul, the cargo company will deliver your order to you within 1-3 days.

In case of a mishap caused by us, you will be notified based on your membership information. Therefore, it is important that your membership information is complete and correct. Delivery is not made on holidays and holidays.

All of the products you have selected will be delivered to you by the cargo companies we have contracted with.
